What is counselling?
Counselling, often referred to as talking therapy, may seem intimidating at first, but it provides a safe space for you to openly discuss and understand the challenges you've faced. My primary role is to support YOU. As your counsellor, I will guide you through this journey without judgment or imposing directives. You have the freedom to set your own goals and determine what you wish to achieve or change.
What happens during initial consultation?
During our initial meeting, we'll discuss your motivations for seeking therapy and your goals for this journey. It's essential for me that we collaborate in a manner that supportive and comfortable for you. I truly want to provide you with the appropriate guidance, and I hope this first conversation helps us both feel more relaxed we explore the path forward.
Cancellations
Cmo Counselling operates on 48h cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you may do so without charge by giving at least 48 hours notice. This will give us the opportunity to reschedule your appointment without unnecessary disruptions.
If you do not attend without prior notice or cancel a scheduled appointment with less than 48h, there is an obligation to pay the full amount.
Cancellations can be communicated via phone call, text message or email.
If the counsellor was to reschedule a session, they will give you as much notice as possible.
Accessibility /Arrival
The Cmo Counselling office is situated in the town center, providing easy access to a car park, nearby bus stops, and a train station. Facilities include restrooms and a waiting area on-site. Please be aware that the office is located on the first floor, and there is no elevator available. We kindly request that all clients arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to their scheduled session.
