Initial Consultation
The idea of the initial consultation is to help you to decide whether I am somebody who you might want to work with, giving you the opportunity to ask me any questions, and to test out what it feels like to be in conversation with me. In our initial meeting we might discuss what therapy is, what brings you to therapy, and explore how we might work together.
